JI BEI CHUAN RICE NOODLES & RAMEN

ABOUT JI BEI CHUAN

RICE NOODLES, RAMEN & HOUSE-MADE BROTH

Ji Bei Chuan Rice Noodles & Ramen brings Yunnan-style rice noodles and Japanese-style ramen together under one roof in Orlando, built on broths westart from scratch every morning.

From fish maw chicken soup to mala, tom yum, pickled cabbage and golden broth, every bowl is finished to order with the protein you choose. Add handmade dumplings, Korean fried chicken, chilled cold plates and fresh fruit tea, and a quick lunch easily turns into a full table worth lingering over.

Eight Broths, One Bowl Built Exactly the Way You Like It

Choosing at Ji Bei Chuan starts with the broth. Pick a base — rich fish maw chicken, sour-and-spicy tom yum, tangy pickled cabbage, bright tomato, earthy mushroom, golden pepper, or numbing mala — then decide what goes in it:

sliced chicken, fatty beef, brisket, shank, tripe, basa fish, roast duck or vegetables. Rice noodles come silky and slippery; ramen and udon come springy. Nothing is portioned in advance, so the bowl set in front of you is genuinely yours.

Beyond the Bowl: Small Plates, Fried Favorites and Handmade Tea

The noodle counter is only half the story. Pan-fried pork dumplings, scallion pancakes, salt-and-pepper calamari, takoyaki and Korean fried wings arrive hot and made for sharing, while chilled cucumber, aged-vinegar wood ear and marinated beef shank keep the table balanced. Finish with brown sugar boba milk tea, duck-shit-aroma lemon tea, a mango snow cap or matcha cheesecake — all made in house, all worth saving room for.
